Shipping:

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours excluding national holidays.

Domestic

In our effort to keep your cost of purchase at a minimum, Thread and Common uses either first class or priority mail via the USPS for all orders places domestically. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and will be calculated during the time of checkout. Expedited shipping methods are also available and can be selected during checkout. For New Jersey residents a 7% sales tax may apply to certain items.

International

Thread and Common does offer shipping to Canada and other countries outside of the United States via the USPS first class mail international. Rates vary by country and weight of package and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Expedited shipping methods are also available for International orders and can be selected during checkout. Please note that all customs duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

Items will be accepted for exchange and return within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and must have all tags attached. Thread and Common reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet any or all of these conditions. Lingerie, swimwear, accessories, and SALE items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to show up on your credit card statement.
